Meet with Principal taking leave or his/her Partner.
Gain an understanding of the nature of the Principal’s client base, level of fees, staffing and other relevant practice associated matters.
Identify key priorities and objectives.
Agree scope of work including full service offering or as required.
Confirm Principal’s PI and relevant insurances in place.
Ensure Principal accreditations are current.
Agree engagement fee including start and finish dates.
Obtain sign off to proceed as agreed.
